Refund & Cancellation Policy

MEDIUM SMALL & MICRO ENTERPRISE Udyog Foundation believes in transparency and fairness in all transactions. This policy explains when refunds or cancellations may be considered.

Refund Policy – Nomination Based Recognition

• If a nomination does not qualify after evaluation, the applicable nomination fee will be refunded within 30 working days from official communication.
• Once the nomination is evaluated, approved, and participation slot is confirmed, the fee becomes non-refundable as administrative and promotional processes are initiated.
• In case of event postponement or rescheduling, the nomination will remain valid for the revised date.
• Refunds, where applicable, will be processed to the original mode of payment.
• The organization remains responsible for initiating and processing eligible refunds; however, timelines may depend on banking and payment gateway procedures.

Cancellation Policy

• Requests must be made within 24 hours of payment
• No cancellation after service initiation or document processing
• Requests must be sent via email with payment details and reason

Refund Policy

• Eligible Refund For Duplicate payment for the same service
• Payment deducted but service not initiated due to technical error
• No refunds once services are initiated or delivered
• Government & gateway charges are non-refundable

Refund Processing

• Processed within 15-30 business days
• Credited via original payment method through Razorpay
