Terms & Conditions – Nomination Based Recognition

• The MSME Top 100 National Business Excellence Recognition is an independent initiative organized by MEDIUM SMALL & MICRO ENTERPRISE Udyog Foundation (Section 8 Company).
• Submission of a nomination does not guarantee selection or award recognition. All nominations undergo structured evaluation and screening.
• The nomination fee is charged towards administrative processing, documentation review, evaluation, event management, and promotional activities.
• Final recognition is determined based on eligibility criteria, submitted documentation, industry contribution, and evaluation benchmarks.
• The organizing committee reserves the right to accept or reject nominations based on evaluation parameters.
• Event date and venue may be subject to change due to administrative requirements. Nominations will remain valid for the rescheduled date.
• Participation implies acceptance of all official terms and policies published on the website.
